1. Returns & Exchanges
First please check your order receipt that we included with your order. Consult the product details on the bill to see if the mistake was ours, or if you perhaps entered the incorrect information when ordering the product yourself. If you can see from the billing invoice that it was a mistake on our side, we will gladly replace the faulty printed t-shirt or accessory. There are two options:
i. If you have a digital camera or can borrow one, please take a few pictures of the faulty shirt and send them to us via email at enquiries@loveusorleaveus.com after we have received and reviewed the pictures, we will gladly ship you a replacement item as soon as possible.
ii. If you do not have the opportunity to use a digital camera
or a scanner, please send the shirt back to us. In this case, please insert a note stating the error, and your order number
and importantly your Address! We will reimburse you for the postage after we receive the package. We will gladly ship you
a replacement item as soon as we receive the defective item.

We will not accept postage-free parcels!
Please report the error within 14 days after delivery.
We are not able to accept later complaints.
Reimbursements will be credited after about 10 days.
2. Does Love Us Or Leave Us deliver to foreign
countries as well?
Yes, Love Us Or Leave Us does deliver worldwide and the cost
of postage is included in the price you pay. Items sent from the UK will have the cost of postage deducted from the purchase price for shipping purposes.
3. How long does delivery take?
be taken at the time of order and as we aim to send your merchandise from stock your order will normally be within 48 hours (we have weekends in the UK!) . The usual time of delivery is 4 to 6 working days but this will vary depending upon where you live in the world. We will inform you by email when we dispatch the parcel.
